My culinary story began in my mother’s and grandparents’ kitchens, where every meal was a testament to resourcefulness and care. Despite our limited means, our table was always filled with incredible homemade sauces, fresh breads, and handcrafted pastas that transformed simple ingredients into extraordinary experiences. Those moments taught me that cooking is so much more than sustenance—it’s a language of love.
My professional journey started humbly at age 14, washing dishes in a local restaurant. But something magical happened during those shifts—I found myself captivated by the chefs, watching how they transformed raw ingredients into culinary art. While life took me down various career paths, my passion for cooking never wavered. I discovered my true calling in kitchens that felt like home, learning to create incredible meals from what others might consider “leftovers” and approaching each dish with the same care my mom would.
When I had the opportunity to run a small kitchen, I didn’t just manage it—I treated it like my mom’s kitchen. Every dish was prepared with intention, every meal crafted to bring comfort and joy. I realized that what I truly wanted was to bring that same sense of warmth and love directly into people’s homes.
That’s why I created Heart and Home. My mission is simple: to provide families with delicious, hearty meals that feel like they’ve been lovingly prepared by a family member. Whether I’m delivering pre-made meals that can be easily enjoyed or cooking on-site and handling all the cleanup, my goal is to create a stress-free dining experience that allows families to reconnect and savor every moment together.
